Shipping policy

1. SHIPPING SCOPE

KPROJECTLAB ships worldwide.

Orders can be placed directly through our website for most countries. If your destination is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order and we will assist you.


2. SHIPPING CARRIER

All orders are dispatched from our European workshop.

We use trusted international shipping partners and express couriers depending on the selected shipping option and destination.

Tracking information is provided for all shipments.


3. PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

  • Orders are prepared and shipped once payment is confirmed.
  • As each watch is hand-customized, the preparation time in our workshop is usually between 2 to 4 business days.
  • The estimated delivery time starts from the moment the order is marked as "Shipped," not from the moment the purchase is made.
  • Delivery times may be affected by external factors beyond KPROJECTLAB's control, such as:
    • Public holidays
    • High-demand periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas)
    • Logistical issues from the transport company

KPROJECTLAB is not responsible for delays attributable exclusively to the shipping agency.


4. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment. When the selected service allows it, a tracking number will be provided so you can follow your package.


5. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are clearly calculated and displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your order. KPROJECTLAB reserves the right to modify shipping rates at any time, always respecting the conditions shown at the time of purchase.


6. DELIVERY ISSUES

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe or presents any issues, please contact us at info@kprojectlab.com. Please include your order number and contact details so we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible.


7. SHIPPING ADDRESS

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. KPROJECTLAB is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from errors in the address provided by the customer.


8. UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to our workshop due to an incorrect address or because the recipient failed to pick it up, the customer will be responsible for the costs of reshipping the order.

If the package is returned for reasons beyond KPROJECTLAB’s control (incorrect address, repeated absence of the recipient, etc.), the customer may request a new shipment, assuming any additional costs that may arise.


9. CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

For international shipments, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on the destination country and local regulations.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs policies vary widely, and KPROJECTLAB has no control over these charges. If applicable, they must be paid by the recipient to complete the delivery.

KPROJECTLAB cannot guarantee the absence of import fees, as they depend on customs authorities and the selected shipping method.

For a guaranteed no extra charges experience, please select the premium shipping option when available.
