These Terms of Service (hereinafter, "Terms") govern the use of the website kprojectlab.com and the purchase of products through it. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms.

2. Purpose and products

K-Project Lab sells original Casio digital watches that have been modified by hand, in limited and numbered editions. Each piece starts from a 100% genuine Casio, with its finish crafted by hand.

We strive to make images and descriptions as accurate as possible. As these are hand-modified pieces, small variations may exist; they are part of their handcrafted character and do not constitute a defect.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes (VAT). Shipping costs, where applicable, are clearly indicated before confirming the order. We reserve the right to modify prices, but orders already confirmed will be honoured at the price in force at the time of purchase.

4. Purchase process

To buy, add the products to your cart and follow the checkout steps. Before completing your purchase, you can review your order details and total amount. The purchase is confirmed when you click the order with obligation to pay button. You will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order.

5. Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods, which are displayed during checkout: card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Bizum, Klarna, Alma, UnionPay and payment with the cryptocurrency USDC. Payment is processed securely through gateways that comply with industry security standards. We do not store your full card details.

6. Shipping

We ship to Spain, the European Union and the United States. As these are hand-modified pieces, there is a preparation period before shipping. Applicable times and costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have 14 calendar days to withdraw from your purchase under the conditions described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. The cost of returning an item due to withdrawal is borne by the customer, unless the product is defective. Personalised products, such as pieces with custom engraving, are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as they are made to your specifications.

8. Warranty

Since the watch is opened and modified by hand, the official Casio warranty is voided and is replaced by K-Project Lab's own warranty, valid for 3 years.

This warranty covers original defects and manufacturing defects of the module. It does not cover damage from impacts or accidents, water ingress due to improper use, normal wear and tear, or tampering by third parties. The warranty does not cover shipping costs arising from a repair. All of this is without prejudice to the legal guarantee of conformity that consumer law grants to consumers.

9. Intellectual property

The contents of the site (texts, photographs, logos, design and other elements) are the property of K-Project Lab or are used with authorisation, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations. Their reproduction or use without express authorisation is not permitted.

10. Notice regarding the Casio trademark

K-Project Lab is an independent modification service. We are not affiliated with, associated with or endorsed by Casio Computer Co., Ltd. References to "Casio", "AE-1200" or "F-91W" are made solely for descriptive purposes, to identify the original base we work on.

11. Liability

K-Project Lab is not liable for damages arising from improper use of the products or from website interruptions beyond our control. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights that the law grants to consumers.

12. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumer protection regulations shall apply to the resolution of any dispute. As a consumer, you also have access to the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
