This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing and use of the website kprojectlab.com (the “Site”). The owner reserves the right to modify the presentation, configuration and content of the Site, as well as the conditions required for its access and use.

K-Project Lab specializes in the handcrafted modification and sale of original Casio digital watches, in limited and numbered editions.

Users agree to make appropriate and lawful use of the Site and its content, in accordance with applicable law, this Legal Notice, morality and public order. Any use for unlawful purposes or that may damage, overload or impair the Site or prevent its normal use is prohibited.

K-Project Lab is an independent modification service and is not affiliated with, associated with or endorsed by Casio Computer Co., Ltd. References to “Casio” and to the “AE-1200” or “F-91W” models are used solely for descriptive and identification purposes, to indicate the original base on which the modification is made. These trademarks belong to their respective owners.

6. Liability

The owner is not liable for any damage that may result from interruptions, computer viruses, breakdowns or system disconnections beyond its control. Nor is it responsible for the content of third-party websites that may be accessed through links from the Site.

The processing of users' personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Legal Notice.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that have jurisdiction under consumer and user protection regulations.
