This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the website kprojectlab.com (hereinafter, "the Site"). The owner reserves the right to modify the presentation, configuration and contents of the Site, as well as the conditions required for its access and use.

K-Project Lab is dedicated to the handcrafted modification and sale of original Casio digital watches, in limited and numbered editions.

The user agrees to make appropriate and lawful use of the Site and its contents, in accordance with current legislation, this Legal Notice, morality and public order. Any use for unlawful purposes or that may damage, overload or impair the Site or prevent its normal use is prohibited.

References to "Casio" and to the "AE-1200" or "F-91W" models are used exclusively for descriptive and identification purposes, to indicate the original base on which the modification is carried out. These trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The owner is not liable for damages that may arise from interruptions, computer viruses, breakdowns or system disconnections beyond its control. Nor is it responsible for the contents of third-party sites that may be accessed via links from the Site.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
