Shipping Policy

At K-Project Lab (Glowwave Solutions, CIF B75506253) we prepare every order with care: we check each watch before shipping and pack it so it arrives in perfect condition. Here's how our shipping works.

1. Shipping destinations

We ship to all European Union countries (including mainland Spain and the islands) and to the United States.

2. Processing and delivery times

Each watch is modified to order and inspected before it leaves the workshop, so orders ship within 3 to 5 business days.

Once shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier and shipping method you select at checkout, where you'll see the estimated delivery time for each option.

These times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, high-demand periods or carrier issues.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method selected. The exact cost is calculated automatically and clearly shown before you confirm payment.

4. Order tracking

As soon as your order leaves the workshop, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number so you can follow your watch all the way to delivery.

5. Delivery and issues

Your order is delivered to the address you provide at checkout. Please make sure your details are correct, as we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incomplete or incorrect address.

If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email us at info@kprojectlab.com with your order number and we'll sort it out as quickly as possible.

6. Taxes and customs

For shipments within the European Union, applicable taxes are already included in the price and there are no additional customs charges.

For shipments to the United States, import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, before you confirm your order. You won't have to pay anything else to the carrier or at customs when your watch arrives.
