At K-Project Lab (Glowwave Solutions, Tax ID B75506253) we prepare every order with care: we inspect the watch before shipping and pack it so it arrives in perfect condition. Here's how our shipping works.

1. Shipping zones

We ship to Spain (mainland and islands) and to European Union countries.

2. Processing and delivery times

Every order is prepared and inspected before leaving the workshop. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Spain: 24-48 working hours.
European Union: 3-6 working days.

These times are estimates and start from the shipping confirmation, not from when the order is placed. They may be affected by public holidays, high-demand periods or carrier incidents.

3. Shipping costs

Spain: free shipping.
European Union: the cost is calculated automatically based on the destination and is clearly displayed before you confirm payment.

4. Order tracking

As soon as your order leaves the workshop, we email you the shipping confirmation with the tracking number, so you can follow your watch until delivery.

5. Delivery and incidents

Delivery is made to the address you provide when placing your order. We recommend checking that your details are correct, as we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to an incomplete or incorrect address.

If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged or does not arrive, write to us at info@kprojectlab.com with your order number and we will resolve it as soon as possible.
