These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the use of the website kprojectlab.com and the purchase of products through it. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms.

2. Purpose and products

K-Project Lab sells original Casio digital watches that are hand-modified, in limited and numbered editions. Each piece starts from a 100% genuine Casio and its finish is worked on by hand.

We make every effort to ensure images and descriptions are as accurate as possible. As these are hand-modified pieces, small variations may exist; they are part of their handcrafted character and do not constitute a defect.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in the currency of your country. For orders within the European Union, prices include applicable taxes (VAT). For orders to the United States, import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout. Shipping costs are clearly shown before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to change prices, but confirmed orders will be honored at the price in effect at the time of purchase.

4. Purchase process

To make a purchase, add products to your cart and follow the checkout steps. Before completing your order, you can review its details and total amount. The purchase is confirmed when you click the order with obligation to pay button. You'll receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order.

5. Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods, shown during checkout: cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Bizum, Klarna, Alma, UnionPay and payment with the USDC cryptocurrency. Payments are processed securely through gateways that meet industry security standards. We do not store your full card details.

6. Shipping

We ship to Spain, the European Union and the United States. As these are hand-modified pieces, there is a preparation period before shipping. Applicable times and costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have 14 calendar days to withdraw from your purchase under the conditions described in our Returns and Refund Policy. The cost of returning a product following withdrawal is paid by the customer, unless the product is defective. Personalized products, such as pieces with custom engraving, are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as they are made to your specifications.

8. Warranty

Because the watch is opened and modified by hand, the official Casio warranty is voided and replaced by the K-Project Lab 3-Year Limited Warranty.

All claims are subject to inspection of the watch in our workshop. Not covered: damage from knocks, drops, excessive pressure or force, water ingress due to improper use, handling by third parties, or normal wear. Shipping costs arising from a warranty repair are not covered and are paid by the customer.

All of the above is without prejudice to the rights granted to consumers under the legal guarantee of conformity in accordance with applicable law.

9. Intellectual property

The content of the site (texts, photographs, logos, design and other elements) is owned by K-Project Lab or used with permission, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property laws. Reproduction or use without express authorization is not permitted.

10. Notice regarding the Casio brand

K-Project Lab is an independent modification service. We are not affiliated with, associated with or endorsed by Casio Computer Co., Ltd. References to “Casio”, “AE-1200” or “F-91W” are made solely for descriptive purposes, to identify the original base on which we work.

11. Liability

K-Project Lab is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products or for website interruptions beyond our control. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights granted to consumers by law.
